Armed with base 30 pulsations for high accuracy heart rate count. This method is one which is used medically to measure heart rates both quickly and accurately. Start counting the heart rate for 30 beats from the 12 hour marker. When you reach 30, where the second hand points is the heart rate. Secondary functions include date, 12/24 hour time, water resistance to WR100/10 Bar, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. This heritage inspired series has definite classic appeal. With antique colouring to add a military feeling, you will find a light brown calf leather band, beige dial, stainless steel bezel and silver stainless steel case topped with a mineral crystal glass.
